Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Woodburn, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Major Items of Work and Estimated Quantities as Follows: 1. Install One Pedestrian Refuge Island; 2. Construct Five (5) New Ada Ramps; and 3. Perform Paving Operations, 330 Tons of Level 3 1/2 Acp. See the Special Provisions for Additional Details. This is a Public Works Contract, Subject to the Provisions of Ors 279c.800 Through 279c.870 Regarding Payment of Prevailing Wages. Contract Award is Expected to Be Made by the City Council on Monday, June 9, 2025 Reserves the Right to Reject Any Bids Not in Compliance With Prescribed Bidding Requirements and May Reject All Bids Upon a Finding of the City That It is in the Public No pre-bid conference is scheduled for this Project.
