Project Description: Renovation and addition to the tennis courts at Highland Community Park includes concrete walks, grading, subsurface drainage, miscellaneous concrete site paving, sitework, site lighting and electrical, fencing and landscaping (seeding). Bids shall be firm for a period of forty-five (45) days from the date of the opening of bids and no bid shall be withdrawn for any reason during this period of time except as allowed per LSA-R.S.38:2214.C. Bids with no license number will be rejected. One (1) copy of the bid form shall be submitted. Bid form blanks must be duly filled in by the Bidder. Bidders are cautioned not to attach any conditions or provisions to their proposals. Any foreign conditions will render the proposal invalid and may cause its rejection. If required for bidding, Contractors must hold an active license issued by the Louisiana State Licensing Board for Contractors in the classification of "Building Construction and must show their license number on the face of the bid envelope and the Uniform Public Works Bid Form.
