Reference Number 0000278061 Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/09/18 12:00:00 AM NDT Provide all labour, materials, equipment, superintendence, temporary facilities, and administration to perform the work outlined below and described in greater detail in the specifications and drawings attached as part of the documents for this project. 1.2 The total price must be included in the quoted price on the Request for Quotations contract page. If not completed by the bidder and submitted to be determinable, the quote will not be considered complete and will be disqualified. 2.0 Scope of Work 2.1 Provide a new legal survey for Heatherton Pl, St. John's, NL as noted within Schedule F - Legal Survey. Survey is to be prepared by a company registered with the Association of Newfoundland Land Surveyors. 2.2 Provide details such as the location and outline of buildings, fences (if any), driveways, and other structures. 2.3 Provide an electronic copy (AutoCAD v.2010 or later) of all requested information. Survey to include the stamp of NLS. Commercial General Liability Insurance: Without restricting the generality of Section 5- Indemnity hereof, the Contractor shall maintain, at its expense, Commercial General Liability Insurance acceptable to NLHC to protect NLHC against all liabilities or damages in respect of injuries to persons (including injuries resulting in death) in the minimum amount of two million dollars ($2,000,000) with respect to the operations of the Contractor and/or its Sub-Contractors and in respect of damages to property arising out of performance of the Work. This insurance shall include NLHC and the occupant of the property as Additional Insureds. The Contractor shall not commence any work until a Certificate of Insurance, obtained at the Contractor's expense, has been received and approved by NLHC as specified herein.
