The City of Waco is seeking a professional consulting engineering firm to perform engineering design and modeling services for a bridge planning of the Primrose Creek corridor between South 21st Street and South University Parks Drive (FM 434) was identified as a flooding hazard. This area is bordered by the Brazos River, Primrose Creek, and Cottonwood Creek. The inundated structures restrict mobility of the public and reduce efficiency for emergency response vehicles during rain events. A Pre-Qualifications meeting is not scheduled.
