For intersection modifications to Palmer Avenue, Parkway Road, Kraft Avenue and Pondfield Road in the Village of Bronxville, Westchester County, New York A bid bond, certified check or bank check in the amount of 10% of bid must accompany the bid proposal. Every request for information must be sent via email, in writing to James M. Palmer, Village Administrator, at email address jpalmer@vobny.com. Any and all such interpretations, and any supplemental instructions, will be in the form of written Addenda and will be emailed to all prospective Bidders. The failure of any Bidder to receive any such Addenda will not relieve the Bidder of any obligation under his Bid as submitted. Any Addenda so issued shall become part of the Bidding Documents. Reception of Addenda shall be noted on the Bid Form. The bidder assumes the risk of any delay in the mail or in the handling of the mail by employees of the Village of Bronxville. Whether sent by mail or by means of personal delivery, the bidder assumes all responsibility for having the Bid deposited on time at the place specified. The Village of Bronxville reserves the right to waive any informalities in the bids, to reject any or all bids and reserves the right to accept that bid which it deems most favorable to the interests of the Village of Bronxville No bidder may withdraw his bid within thirty (30) days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
