The County intends to retain qualified and committed professional project and construction management consultants for on-call work for potential task order assignments. The County anticipates that the selected firm(s) will provide staff that can perform the duties of a project manager. The County anticipates the project manager will work part-time or full-time throughout the terms of the Consulting Service Agreement. The project manager will be utilized on a variety of project types. The project manager will plan and manage capital improvement projects involving buildings and their associated sites; direct the work of other consultants, such as architects, landscape architects, engineers, environmental consultants, general contractors, and others involved, such as other County staff/departments; and act as a liaison and technical expert to County staff. The consultant project manager will report to a County project manager in charge of the project.
