Bidders wishing to participate in this RFQ process will by way of email to the below identified St. Joseph's Care Group Contact request the RFQ Documents under Subject Line: "RFQ No. 24-003 Snow Plowing /Snow Clearing at Various St. Joseph’s Care Group Sites" Bidders will be issued a Nondisclosure Agreement (NDA) by email for completion, the RFQ Document will be issued by email transmission to the Bidder on satisfactory completion of the NDA process. This Request for Quotations is open only to Ontario and or Canadian Suppliers as defined under the Building Ontario Businesses Initiative Act, 2022, S.O. 2022, c. 2, Sched. 2 (the “Act”). This Request for Quotations ("RFQ") is an invitation to prospective Bidders to submit Quotations for the provision of the supply of all labour, materials, equipment and services for Snow Plowing/Clearing Services at Various St. Joseph’s Care Group Sites, Thunder Bay, Ontario, as further described in Part 2 - The Deliverables ("the Deliverables"). This RFQ is issued by St. Joseph’s Care Group (SJCG). The following SJCG sites are included in the Deliverables: A- St. Joseph’s Hospital; 35 N. Algoma Street Thunder Bay, ON B- St. Joseph’s Heritage; 63 Carrie Street Thunder Bay ON C- Hogarth Riverview Manor; 300 N. Lillie Street Thunder Bay, ON D- Sister Margaret Smith Centre; 301 N. Lillie Street Thunder Bay, ON E- Balmoral Detoxification Centre; Sibley Drive Thunder Bay, ON F- Leila Greco Apartments; 330 N. Lillie St. Thunder Bay, ON G- St. Joseph’s Health Centre (N); 710 Victoria Avenue East Thunder Bay, ON Joseph's Health Centre (S); 125 Syndicate Ave S. Thunder Bay, ON I- Amethyst House; 289 Munro St Thunder Bay, ON J- Lodge on Dawson; 1460 Dawson Rd. Thunder Bay, ON K- Crossroads Centre; 500 Oliver Rd. Thunder Bay, ON It is anticipated that the Work shall commence forthwith after award, for a term of two (2) years. The commencement date will be finalized with the selected Bidder once all required documentation has been received by the SJCG.
