Site work for a water / sewer project in Duluth, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The schedule to perform the work is: Start: November 1st, 2024 Substantial Completion: March 15th, 2025 Final Completion: April 15th, 2025 WLSSD is seeking quotations, not bids, for this project and said quotations may be subject to further negotiation once all quotes are submitted and reviewed. WLSSD reserves the right to negotiate the quotations, and to accept the quote deemed to be in the best interest of the organization. WLSSD reserves the right to reject any or all quotes and to waive irregularities. WLSSD intends to award the project by October 15th, 2024. The award will consist of execution of an agreement between the successful contractor and WLSSD.
