Reference Number 0000364099 Delivery Point: Denver, CO - Auraria Campus It is the intent of the Auraria Higher Education Center (AHEC) Procurement Services Office to receive quotes on behalf of Metropolitan State University of Denver, Information Technology Services (MSU). Quotes are being requested for the purchase and implementation of a unified communications solution for use across all offices within the administration department to replace the current system. Quoted costs must remain firm for 120 days from quote due date. The initial term of the contract resulting from this DQ is/are anticipated to be for a period of one (1) calendar year commencing upon contract execution. If Metropolitan State University of Denver, Information Technology Services (MSU) requires these same services after that time, the contract may be extended for up to an additional four (4) years in one-year increments for a total term not to exceed five (5) years. MSU reserves the right to cancel this contract at any time without cause, upon written notice given thirty (30) days in advance. MSU will give written documentation to the contractor as to the reason for cancellation. Authorized services performed for MSU will be paid for through the cancellation date. Cost must remain firm for the first 12 months or 36 months depending the length of the initial contract. Any unique changes or modifications to the contract will be negotiated on a case-by-case basis ONLY, with final determination made by AHEC.
