It is the intent of the Auraria Higher Education Center (AHEC) Procurement Services Office to receive quotes on behalf of Metropolitan State University of Denver, Information Technology Services (MSU).Quotes are being requested for the purchase and implementation of a unified communications solution for use across all offices within the administration department to replace the current system Quoted costs must remain firm for 120 days from quote due date. MSU Denver is a comprehensive, baccalaureate/masters-degree granting, urban university that
offers arts and sciences, professional, and business courses and programs to a diverse student
population. To best meet the needs of its students, MSU Denver holds day, night, and weekend
courses at the downtown Auraria Campus and at its various satellite campuses. MSU Denver
has offered online and hybrid classes since 1996. The MSU DenverIT Services team utilizesa telephony software called Mitel to service our total student enrollment of about 18,000 between the financial aid office, service desk, office of admissions, primary university line, and registrar's office. However, this software has become dated, unstable, and is generally not easy to use. As a result, MSU Denver is seeking quotations for the implementation of a unified communications solution for use across all offices within the administration department to replace our current system. MSU Denver anticipates needing 75-100 licenses for call center agents
All cost information shall be provided according to the instructions in this solicitation. Cost must remain firm for the first 12 months or 36 months depending the length of the initial contract. Any unique changes or modifications to the contract will be negotiated on a case-by-case basis ONLY, with final determination made by AHEC. AHEC reserves the right to reject all quotes and re-solicit at any time prior to contract start date. AHEC reserves the right to cancel this solicitation in its entirety at any time without penalty. All prices and notations shall be printed in ink or type written on the solicitation documents. Illegible quotes or writing may be deemed non-responsive and may not be evaluated. A quote with missing, or inconsistent information may be considered non-responsive and may not be evaluated. Do not qualify your quote nor alter the solicitation format. AHEC will be the sole judge in determining the acceptability of an offer. AHEC also reserves the right to reject any or allquotes in part, or in whole, and to waive technicalities as allowed in the Procurement Rules.
