Installation of chain link fencing 4. Installation of temporary security fencing 5. Resealing existing asphalt pavement 6. Restriping existing asphalt pavement 7. Site grading, preparation, and spoils disposal Storm water system installation 8. Paving including curbs, gutters, tire stops, striping 9. Electrical including lighting 10. Infiltration basin, bioretention swales, and landscaping. 11. Site restoration 12. Tree removal and protection. If selected as applicable below, the Contractor must subcontract at least 18.0% of the total amount of the Contract Bid price to certified African American minority-owned businesses, at least 2.0% of the total amount of the Contract Bid price to certified Asian-Indian American minority-owned businesses, and at least 15.0% total amount.
