The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley (the "University"), acting through the University's Office of the Vice President for Facilities Planning & Operations, is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors ("Respondents") sometimes referred to as "Contractor" for selection to provide various building enclosure repairs to multiple buildings at the UTRGV Brownsville Campus, Harlingen Campus, and South Padre Island Campus as per plans and specifications. Architectural/Engineering plans and specifications have been prepared by Wiss, Janney, Elstner Associates, Inc. (WJE).
