Conceptual plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for outdoor lighting for a playground / park / athletic field; for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

Second phase of Pilon Park development in the Borough of Montréal-Nord. The scope of the phase 2 work includes development of the park living areas to make it possible to realize the concept of the destination place for citizens, by offering fully inclusive, accessible and unifying spaces. The work in Phase 2 will also include the development of transit paths and a bike path, in order to integrate Pilon Park into the urban fabric and the municipal and regional mobility strategy. This project phase will provide for the improvement of the basketball court to be preserved, construction and alignment of sidewalk on Henri-Bourassa Boulevard (BRT Pie-IX), development and improvement of the Amos crossing for the addition of the bike path, development of the sidewalks on Henri-Bourassa Boulevard, upgrades to the existing park structures. TIMELINE: Process of the Request for proposals from landscape architectural and engineering professional consulting firms to complete the project design and construction work monitoring has closed. Deposited submissions are under review at the owner. Award is anticipated in late fall 2024. Timelines of further project development will be finalized after a design consultant award.
