Site work and paving for a civil project in Terrebonne, Quebec. Design plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Program of upgrades, repairs and increase in production capacity of the drinking water filtration plant. The scope of the project includes expansion of the facilities to increase the daily production up to 145,000 m3, upgrades of the existing and construction of new pumping stations, construction of a third water intake as well as a second supply pipeline. The scope of the project also includes associated road improvement and paving work. TIMELINE: The professional consultant awarded following the RFP RAIM-2024-002/20018204 has submitted to the owner the prepared Final design study and concept of the project that are now under review. Timelines of further project development will be finalized at a later time. Further update in fall/winter 2026. Notes: - According to the owner's estimation the value of the entire construction program is over $190 million before taxes. The project implementation may be phased and is expected to be completed during next fifteen years. - The firm Artelia was awarded following the RFP RAIM-2024-005/20024490 to provide geo-technical studies for the project implementation.
