o 1 OOkw Generac generator
o 600-amp service entrance rated industrial automatic transfer switch
o Generator to be installed at the right side ofthe Van Tassell building
o Automatic transfer switch (ATS) to be installed outside next to the main electrical
meter
o 2 sets of 350 MCM copper feeder wires and #14 copper control wires piped in two
4" PVC conduits piped form the ATS on the outside and along the foundation in a
trench to the generator. Trenching included.
o Isolate the neutrals and the grounds in main disconnect
o All wiring necessary to complete the above
o Poured concrete pad for the generator to sit on
o Generator battery
o Start up and validate warranty on generator
o Tutorial on generator
o Electrical permit and inspection
o Gas and gas connections by others and not included in this estimate but we will
coordinate with the gas contractor to complete the project
o Warranties - one year warranty on workmanship, as well as the manufacturer's
warranty on the generator and as an alternative provide pricing on an extended
warranties available
