Site work for a water / sewer project in Ozark, Alabama. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project Consists of Replacing Approximately 26,180 Feet of Existing Water Mains With a New 6" and 3" Pvc Water Main and Necessary Appurtenances. All Bidders Must Register as an Official Plan Holder With the Engineer No Later Than 48 Hours Prior to the Bid Opening. The Owner Reserves the Right to Waive Any Informalities and Reject Any or All Bids. Contract No. 1-water Main Replacement Project, Estimate=$1,040,000, Contract Time=120 Days. Bid Security Shall Be Furnished in Accordance With the Instruction to Bidders. Bidders Shall Submit Proof of Qualifications to Perform the Work as Described in The Instructions to Bidders. This Project is Being Supported, in Whole or in Part, by Federal Award Number Slfrp2635 Awarded to the State of Alabama by the U.s. Department of the Treasury. Bidding Documents Also May Be Examined at the Dale County Water Authority Office, 283 Campus Drive, Ozark, Al 36360. Question Deadline 09/25/2024 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
