The owner has selected a construction manager. The HVAC systems at the Administration Building (approx. 96,702 SF), B.D. Owens Library (approx. 111,498 SF), J.W. Jones Student Union (approx. 121,788 SF), and Everett W. Brown Education Hall (approx. 70,550 SF) have struggled to operate properly in recent years. The older existing equipment has become very difficult to keep in service. A recent study of all Northwest HVAC systems recommended replacement and/or upgrades of the HVAC equipment in these four buildings.
