Contractor agrees to provide to the Department of California Highway Patrol (CHP) Academy, the services described herein: furnish all supplies, materials, tools, equipment, labor, personnel, and supervision; pay all taxes, insurance, bonds, license and permit fees, and all other direct and indirect costs necessary to provide Bay Door Maintenance Services in accordance with the terms set forth in this Agreement. A. License Requirement: Valid Contractors State License Board C-61 / D-28 Doors, Gates and Activating Devices and Local City or County Business License. B. Contractor shall provide a Certificate of Insurance in accordance with the Insurance Requirements found in this Agreement (Exhibit E). 2. The services shall be performed at: Department of California Highway Patrol Academy 3500 Ree d Avenue West Sacramento, CA 95605 3. The services shall be provided during: Dates and times to be mutually agreed upon between CHP Project Representative and Contractor. The services shall be provided during normal working works, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., excluding State holidays.
