Scope of Work. The Work consists of: ORG 235 - Birdie Alexander Elementary School - Project consists of the following: 1. Kitchen Addition with new equipment and exterior egress. 2. Renovated and expanded Administration Suite. 3. New secured vestibule and controlled access, with access control equipment, at the school's main visitor entrance. 4. Replaced exterior windows and storefront systems. 5. New mechanical and fire alarm systems. 6. New LED lighting fixtures throughout the interior and exterior, with new lighting controls. 7. New IDF/MDF air conditioning. 8. New educational casework. 9. New finishes throughout portions of the school (flooring, base, wall paint) 10. New teaching surfaces in the classrooms. 11.
