Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Corpus Christi, Texas. Completed plans call for the construction of a 12,000-square-foot fire / police facility; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
**As of September 24, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on October 14, 2025.** Fire Station 8 Will Be a Newly Constructed Steel and Cold-formed Metal Structure With Cmu Walls in the Apparatus Bay Area. It Will Have the Capacity to House 10 Fire Fighters With Full Living Quarters and Has 3 Pull-through Apparatus Bays, Weight Room, Report Writing Watch Office, and Support Space. The Site Includes 4 Public Parking Spaces, With 1 Being Accessible, 16 Employee Parking Spaces, Sidewalks, and a Designated Screened Trash Receptacle Area. To Support the Building, There Will Be a Generator Located Off of the Back Apparatus Bay Driveway. Work Under Other Contracts Wednesday, July 16, 2025, by 4:00 PM CT Requests for Clarification from Bidders are due As part of our procurement policy, a no-contact period is in effect during the solicitation phase.
