Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Cary, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
For the furnishing of materials, labor, and equipment for the construction of Lilly Atkins Road Sidewalk Project Each proposal shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond payable to the Town of Cary for an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount bid; or in lieu of the Bid Bond, the bidder may offer the bid deposit in the form of a cashiers check, or a certified check on a bank or trust company insured by the FDIC.A Performance Bond and a Payment Bond, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price, with a corporate surety approved by the Town of Cary. Question Deadline 09/26/2024 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract documents shall be submitted in writing to Amir Nezarati, PE, Senior Project Manager, by email only at amir.nezarati@carync.gov. Replies will be issued by Addenda, mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by the Engineer as having received the Bidding Documents. The Town of Cary reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
