This Request for Proposals (the "RFP") is an invitation by the Saskatchewan Power Corporation ("SaskPower") to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the provision of Tableland Switching Station Cable Trench Material Supply (Stage 1) SaskPower is a Saskatchewan Crown Corporation continued under The Power Corporation Act (Saskatchewan). It is principally responsible for the generation, transmission and distribution of electricity for most of Saskatchewan. The Contractor shall be responsible for the cable trench and cover layouts, fabrication, supply and delivery, including offloading of a precast cable trench system (the "Goods") at the New 230kV Tableland Switching Station (the "Site"). New Tableland Switch Station is a greenfield site located at 49 02' 36" N, 103 10' 31"W; Latitude: 49.043333, Longitude: -103.175278 on South-West from the city of Estevan, Saskatchewan.
