This project is located at 1000 E Sunrise Blvd, in the City of Fort Lauderdale. The work to be accomplished under this contract includes but is not limited erosion control and temporary access including silt fence, wind screen, inlet protection and temporary construction entrance. Clearing and grubbing including stripping and grading. Grading and drainage including solid drain, French drain, Type C inlet, water line, water meter and valve assembly. Tennis complex improvements including existing fence, utilities, asphalt sidewalk demolition, new concrete sidewalk, benches, gates, chain link fences, tennis court equipment, green clay surfacing, shade structures, park sign, potable water fountain, trash receptacles, tree protection barrier, bleachers and landscaping. Tennis court electrical work including existing court electrical demolition, new conduits and conductors, pull boxes, electrical panels, disconnect switch, lighting contactors, receptables and court lighting Licensing Requirements: The selected Contractor must possess a State of Florida General Contractor License OR State of Florida Building Contractor License OR Any other State or County License(s), Certification(s) or Registration(s) deemed legally permissible by the City to conduct the nature of the work required in this solicitation.
