Description

Renovation of an educational facility in Mississauga, Ontario. Working plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Replacement/Upgrade of the existing RTU system, including supply air fan and return air fan, heating coils, cooling coils, humidification etc. to High Energy Performance System including VFD installation. Upgrade of the RTUs will facilitate future building upgrades of the terminal units to VAV system and heat recovery of the exhaust. TIMELINE: Project is in design. Tender for supply and delivery of RTU closed October 2025. Tender and construction schedules may be confirmed late 2026.
