Question Cut Off Date 9/24/2024 05:00:00 PM (CT). This is for an Initial Term Contract for one (1) year with two (2) optional renewals. The expected annual expenditure for this Term Contract is $415,000.00. Bid Award and Evaluation: The City has established the award basis for this solicitation as the vendor(s) providing the lowest responsible bid for consideration. Lowest responsible bidder(s) can be defined as the bidder(s) who fully complied with all of the bid requirements and whose past performance, reputation, and financial capability is deemed acceptable, and who has offered the most advantageous pricing or cost benefit, based on the criteria stipulated in the bid documents. The award may be made to up to two (2) bidders (Primary Vendor and Secondary vendor) to ensure the availability of concrete construction materials delivery to Street Department concrete construction job sites. One (1) year initial term contract with two (2) optional one (1) year renewals and a thirty (30) day written termination clause shall remain in effect. Contract Duration: One initial 12 Months with two (2) options for renewal for a period of 12 months.
