Reference Number 0000278206 Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for tenders to establish a Standing Offer Agreement (SOA) to provide as and when required construction services specific to Department of National Defence (DND) requirements for the location(s) mentioned above. The SOA will be for a period of 161 days with a maximum estimated value of $ 250,000.00. The maximum value of a call-up under the SOA is $ 25,000.00. 1 Work under this contract comprises the provision of all labour, material and equipment required to complete the removals of existing oil furnaces, duct work, controls and oil tanks and associated piping, supply and installation of new ductless split heat pumps, upgrade of main entrance panel to 200amp, installation of complete electric baseboard heat system, new Electric Vehicle Charging Station (EVCS), replace power feeds (to conform to latest edition of Canadian Electrical Code (CEC)) from residential panel to detached garages and modifications (complete with drywall repairs and painting) required to existing HRV ducting for the Residential Housing Units (RHU's) in accordance with the specifications and details for this project. Scope to be completed under this contract has been identified by address, within Annex 'H' - HAZGW41 Scope Schedule. 2 Work of this Contract is located in an area where working hours: .1 0800 to 1600 hours, Monday to Friday inclusive. In general terms, the work includes the following: 1 Remove and dispose of existing furnace, duct work, controls, accessories, and oil tank. 2 Frame up basement wall where the oil tanks and duct work (if applicable) were removed, insulate, drywall, fill and paint to match existing .3 Supply and install new electric baseboard heating system for all levels including line voltage thermostats for all spaces, new ductless heat pump in accordance with applicable schedule and specification sections. 4 Upgrade electrical service to 200amp and supply and install code compliant EVCS complete with 2 pole, 220 volt, 50A breaker, 8/3 conductors to a NEMA 14-50 receptacle on driveway side (location per CFHA), replace power feeds from main panel to detached garages complete with new disconnect at the garage to CEC standards. .5 Clean up.
