Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Yakima, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
This Contract provides for the improvement of *** the intersection of North 5th Avenue and West D Street, including but not limited to curb extensions, storm drainage improvements, crossing improvements, RRFB installation, excavation, grading, subgrade preparation, cement concrete curb, gutters, curb ramps, sidewalks, hot mix asphalt pavement repair, pavement marking, miscellaneous surface restoration, permanent signing, and traffic control. The contract also provided for the improvements of ten traffic signals throughout the City of Yakima, including furnishing and installing new signal Controllers and conflict monitors*** and other work All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a bid proposal deposit in cash, certified check, cashiers check or surety bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of such bid proposal.
