Renovation of a municipal facility in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Construction is underway. The bidding process will be in compliance with the Public Competitive Bidding Act of 1974. A Bid Security, as stipulated in the bid documents, in the amount of 5% of the bid, shall accompany the sealed proposal of each bidder. By this notice, all provisions of the act apply to this project and are incorporated into notice by reference. The Bidding Process Will Be in Compliance With the Public Competitive Bidding Act of 1974.
