Paul VI Stormwater Outfall Restoration The project consists of pipe and manhole installation at the Paul VI outfall location, as well as the installation of a new headwall and preformed scour hole. The outfall work includes construction of a pipe and manhole to replace prevent further erosion in the area, including one (1) new manhole, pipe replacement, headwall, and preformed scour hole. Installation of a new manhole and pipe, new headwall, preformed scour hole, and erosion control blanket on the side slopes.
