Demolition and site work for a residential development in Fairview-Ferndale, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.
Demolition of Blighted Structures furnish all equipment, labor and materials required to complete the demolition and removal of the existing blighted structures and associated site restoration. A certified check or bank draft payable to the order of the Housing Authority of Northumberland County, or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and an acceptable surety in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total of the Bid, shall be submitted with each bid. The Bidder shall include the fully completed Non-Collusion Affidavit with the bid. PA Prevailing Wage Rates and Related Acts apply to this Project. Bids may be held by the Housing Authority of Northumberland County for up to 60 days from the date of opening for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of bidders prior to awarding the contract. The Housing Authority of Northumberland County reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any irregularities, or to negotiate contract amounts. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than ten days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
