The city is not obligated to answer questions past the deadline date This Project is Being Funded in Whole or in Part by the Community Development Block Grant Program (Cdbg), Provided by the U.s. Department of Housing and Urban Development (Hud) and Administered by the City of Trenton's Department of Recreation, Natural Resources, and Culture. All Federal Cdbg Requirements Including Davis Bacon, Prevailing Wages and Section 3 Will Apply to the Contract. Project Completion: 365 Days From "Notice to Proceed" Liquidated Damages: $500.00 Per Day
