Lift Station Rehabilitations. Question Deadline 09/25/2024 at 10:00 AM CT The deadline to ask questions online. Contractor is required to submit TEC Form 1295 (Certificate of Interested Parties) with their bid. The Front Office and Receptionist Desk are located on the 5th floor (Suite 500). the furnishing of all material, equipment, labor and supervision necessary or incidental to "Construction of HCMUD No. 342 and No. 344 Lift Station Rehabilitations for Harris County MUD No. 342, Harris County, Texas." Scope of Project: Scope of work to include, but is not limited to, the rehabilitation of three lift stations with T-lock, including cleaning, inspecting, repair of lining, as needed and abrasive blasting and recoating of all piping and valves; rehabilitation of a storm water pump station and force main discharge manhole, including cleaning, blasting and coating and minor repairs at the facilities such as valve replacements and vent repairs. Project also include bypass pumping required for all sites to remain in service throughout the duration of the rehabilitations. A cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide performance, payment and maintenance bonds for the full amount of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
