The purpose of this Invitation To Bid (ITB) is to solicit competitive sealed Bids to furnish Drywall, Framing & Acoustical Contractor Services for the use of The School Board of Osceola County, Florida (School Board). Pursuant toward that end, the successful bidder(s) shall be awarded a contract for an initial three (3) year term beginning January 1, 2025, with one (1) subsequent two (2) year renewal period, subject to approval by the School Board The School District may require the Contractor to provide a performance/payment bond on larger projects. This bond shall require one hundred (100) percent of the total project costs. The School Board reserves the right to reject offers containing terms or conditions contradictory to those requested in the invitation specifications. Projects greater than $5,000.00 and less than $300,000.00 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
