Site work and new construction of a military facility in Carlisle Brks, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the construction of a military facility; and for site work for a military facility.
Cumberland County is requesting bids for a Roofed Heavy Use Area and Waste Stacking Facility to be funded in part by the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection County Wide Action Plan and National Fish and Wildlife Foundation Innovative Nutrient and Sediment Reduction Grant. Small and minority businesses and women s business enterprises are encouraged to respond to this invitation for bids. This project is subject to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Labor and Industry s Prevailing Wage Determination. The successful bidder shall provide County with Performance and Payment Bonds executed by a surety company authorized to do business in the Commonwealth and made payable to the County in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the bid price prior to award. All bidders shall comply with all State anti-bid rigging regulations and are required to submit an executed non-collusion affidavit with the bid.
