Renovation of a municipal facility in Ewing, New Jersey. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The objective of this project is to remove and replace the built-up roof on Building 1B, the EPDM roof on Buildings 1 & 1A and the shingled roof on Building 15 at the New Jersey Department of Transportation Headquarters in Ewing. The roofing systems encompass approximately 60,000 sq/ft in total and they are past their useful life and are experiencing multiple leaks.
