This Bid Specification was prepared to solicit sealed bids on behalf of the City of Stamford Engineering Bureau from qualified responsible contractors for running control wiring to the new controllers and integrating all the new work into the existing building management system (BMS). The scope of work is specifically controls based. All of the mechanical work will be handled in a separate project. The scope of work is further delineated in the attached specifications and drawings provided for this project. Deadline for questions April 24, 2025 @ 11:59 P.M.
