The Jersey County Government is soliciting bids to supply, prepare, and install an epoxy (or similar coating) floor in the Jersey County Courthouse basement and Jersey County Jail, located at 114 North Washington Street, Jerseyville, Illinois . The County is seeking bids for the supply, preparation. and installation of epoxy (or similar coating) flooring in two connected buildings, the Jersey County Courthouse basement, and Jersey County Jail. The Contractor will supply, prepare, and install an epoxy (or similar coating) floor in these areas, which will require shot blasting and/or grinding and dust minimization as part of the preparation, All costs for equipment, labor, materials, and supplies necessary to prepare the surface and install the epoxy (or similar coating) flooring must be included in the Sealed Bid. Install the epoxy (or similar coating) flooring, to include 4" border on all walls, for the following areas: a. Approximately 1050 square feet of the Jersey County Courthouse basement hallway and bathroom floor b.
