The City of Norfolk (the "City") is seeking responsible vendors to provide and deliver liquid asphalt according to the terms, conditions, and specifications of this solicitation. The Contractor shall furnish and deliver liquid asphalt specified on the Bid Form to the Asphalt Plant for Department of Public Works, Division of Streets and Bridges, 2205 McKann Avenue, Norfolk, VA 23509, on an as-needed basis. Question Deadline 09/23/2024 at 5:00 PM ET All questions relating to this solicitation shall be submitted through the Questions and Answers tab in the electronic The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in whole or in part and to waive informalities. Bidders shall submit bids, in accordance with the IFB requirements and maintain compliance with all federal, state and local laws and regulations. The contents of the bid of the selected Bidder(s) will be incorporated and made a part of any City contractual obligation when the award(s) is made.
