Waukesha County is seeking proposals from qualified firms to develop a list of preferred providers to provide HVAC (Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning) services for the County. This shall include all labor and materials necessary for repair of the existing systems, including but not limited to, boilers, chillers, air handling units, pumps (chilled water, distribution, etc.) and all related mechanical equipment for the buildings listed herein (Reference Exhibit A - Building Locations). This shall also include start-up services for various chillers. Question Deadline 09/26/2024 at 10:00 AM CT Deadline to submit Questions online. Amendment Issued: Friday, 9/27/19, by 4:30 p.m. CST/CDT. The term of the contract will be for the period of 12/1/24 through 11/30/27 with the ability to extend for two additional one-year periods. The following dates are provided for your information and planning purposes. Although every effort will be made to follow this schedule, we reserve the right to modify the dates as necessary
