The work shall be completed within one hundred eighty (180) calendar days, to begin five (5) days after the "Notice to Proceed" has been issued. No bidder may withdraw his bid within forty-five (45) days after the actual date of the opening thereof. Please note that funding for the improvements will be provided by the New York State Clean Water and Drinking Water State Revolving Fund. Therefore, the following requirements are to be complied with. Material suppliers and anyone returning the Specifications before the bid opening will be classified as non-bidders. For furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, supervision and all incidentals required to install internal manhole sealing system to the manhole through the frame joint area and the area above the manhole cone, including all extensions to and through the chimney area, including all work described in Section 02378.
