(2) 10' X 40' wood catwalks (lofts) and stairs to move evidence up and of for the floor. Existing grade material will need to be removed to allow for 6" thick concert All concrete will be 4,000 psi 47B mix. Floor will have smooth trowel finish with control joints cut approximately 10' oc each way. Grade material can be used for building up the site for the building addition. Addition: 40' X 60' X 14' high addition to the West end of the building Building Specs: (2) 12' XI25 Overhead door openings, one on side wall and one on end wall o 3'X 7'Walk in door o Colored 26 gauge roof and wall metal to match existing building, colored trim, gutters and downspouts o Engineered stamped drawings o 4" VFR insulation to match existing o Concrete floor and foundation which will include the following: o Foundation: 1 ' X 3 ' perimeter grade beam with 4 horizontal #4 rebar and #4 rebar stirrups at 4' oc. 3' X 3' X 3' main frame piers with double mat #5 rebar reinforcing. o 6" thick concrete floor with wire mesh reinforcing o All concrete will be 4,000 psi 47B mix. Floor will have smooth trowel finish with control joints cut approximately 10' oc each way. o (2) 12' X 12' overhead doors both with electric door openers
