The deadline to ask questions is 9/26/2024 5:00 PM CDT All questions are required to be asked through the CIVCAST website Estimate: $98,000 Location Kaufman County, TX Bidders must submit, with their bids, a Cashier's Check or Certified Check in the amount of five percent (5%) of the maximum amount bid, payable without recourse to the City of Forney, Texas, or a Proposal Bond in the same amount from a reliable Surety Company as guarantee that the Bidder will enter into a contract and execute bond and guarantee forms provided within ten (10) days after receipt of notice of award.
