The Town of Danville is soliciting proposals from qualified Civil or Transportation Engineering design professionals ("consultant") to assist the Town of Danville ("Town") with the preparation of plans, specifications and an estimate for the Iron Horse Trail Crossing Improvements Project. Proposals will be evaluated, and results made public after completion of the negotiation process with the selected consultant. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informalities or irregularities in any proposal or in the proposal process. Detailed information about the project description, scope, schedule, desired proposal format, and consultant selection process are described below: DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT In general, the project consists of safety improvements at Iron Horse Trail crossings at three locations: Paraiso Drive, El Capitan Drive, and Greenbrook Drive.
