**As of March 12,2025, This project has been awarded to FBD Vanguard Construction, Inc., with the awarded amount of $618,460.80.** Description of Work: The proposed work shall be performed in accordance with the plans, specifications and other contract documents and shall consist of the following: reconstruction of curb ramps and sidewalks at various locations throughout the City (Work). The Opinion of Probable Cost (OPC) for the work is $687,050 (basis for award). The Opinion of Probable Cost for the Base Bid is $601,320 and Add Alternate A is $85,730. Bidder shall have current standing as a City approved pre-qualified Bidder prior to submitting a bid for this Project. Bidders that submit a Bid without being pre-qualified shall have their Bid deemed non-responsive. In order to bid on or to be listed on the bid proposal for this Public Works Project all Contractors and subcontractors shall be registered with the Department of Industrial Relations and be qualified to perform Public Work pursuant to Section 1725.5 of the California Labor Code.
