Payment must be processed proir to removal of the compressors. 4.1 The Contractor shall furnish all materials, equipment, tools, labor, and supervision required to remove the gas meters from the PGW's 9 th & Diamond lot (Diamond St & N 9th St, Philadelphia, PA 19122). 4.2 The Contractor shall inform PGW personnel, at least two (2) days in advance, the planned activities so that PGW activities can be coordinated.
