The successful bidder must adhere to all pgw insurance requirements and terms and conditions that are included and required for this rfq. 5.The successful bidder will be required to submit payment prior to the removal of the retired meters. 6.The successful bidder must make payment in full not later than five (5) business days following the notice of award date. Please note: it may take three (3) to five (5) days to process payment once it is received. Payment must be processed proir to removal of the compressors. 4.1 The Contractor shall furnish all materials, equipment, tools, labor, and supervision required to remove the gas meters from the PGW's 9 th & Diamond lot (Diamond St & N 9th St, Philadelphia, PA 19122). 4.2 The Contractor shall inform PGW personnel, at least two (2) days in advance, the planned activities so that PGW activities can be coordinated. Commencement of Work: Within 10 Days of Notice to Proceed.
