The City of Scottsdale is conducting a competitive process to retain up to three (3) contractors for a Job Order Contract (JOC) to provide Fire Hydrant Repair and Replacement Services for the City of Scottsdale (COS) Water Department. The City of Scottsdale Water Resources Division maintains over 11,000 fire hydrants throughout the COS water system. Many of these hydrants are 50 plus years old with parts that are no longer being manufactured.
