Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Saint Louis, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
The contractor will surface the floors of the aquatic locker rooms, lifeguard room and entrance vestibule with epoxy flake flooring material at the North County Recreation Complex located at 2577 Redman Road, St. Louis, Missouri 63136. The approximate square footage of this project is 3,700 square feet. In addition to the epoxy flake flooring, epoxy cove base system must be installed on all floor to wall transitions within these rooms and will be part of this contract and included within the total square footage. The seamless wall base system must cover the lowest base course of the concrete block. The color of this flooring will be selected from standard color chart. North County Recreation Complex Locker Room Flooring - Parks & Recreation Department St. Louis County is soliciting bids to epoxy high-wear hybrid moisture barrier flake flooring. CONTRACT M/WBE PARTICIPATION GOALS None TOTAL ESTIMATED BUDGET $50,000.00 OPTIONS TO RENEW None REQUIRED BONDS Performance and Payment, each for 100% of the bid amount.
