Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Lake Stevens, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Furnishing all materials, equipment, tools, labor, and other work or items incidental thereto for, but is not limited to: Installation of curb bulb-outs for parking, replacing curb, gutter and sidewalks, constructing a 10ft multi-use path on the west side of the roadway, installing irrigation, landscaping, joint utility trench installation, pavement restoration and urban design improvements. The Work to be performed within ninety-five (95) working days from the date of Notice to Proceed consists This is a Federally funded project and as such, the WSDOT Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) program has established a 14% mandatory DBE Goal for this project. Each bid proposal shall be accompanied by a bid proposal deposit in certified check, cashiers check, postal money order, or surety bond in an amount equal to at least five (5) percent of the amount of such bid proposal. Checks should be made payable to the City of Lake Stevens. Should the successful bidder fail to enter into such contract and furnish satisfactory performance and payment bond within the time stated in the Specifications, the bid proposal deposit shall be forfeited to the City of Lake Stevens. The City of Lake Stevens reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive irregularities in the bid or the bidding.
