The City of Briarcliff, Arkansas is requesting responses to this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) from qualified firms interested in providing architectural services in connection with the May 2024 tornadoes. The type of work expected to be performed is design and oversight of work associated with the construction of a new Briarcliff City Hall. Work performed shall comply with all federal and state requirements and guidelines including FEMA PA Program and Policy Guide FP 104-009-02. The City of Briarcliff will have final decisions in all matters regarding acceptance of proposals and issuance of awards The City of Briarcliff reserves the right to reject any or all responses and to solicit again at a later date. The City also reserves the right to waive any irregularities in the proposal or negotiate variances from specifications, or to refuse and reject any or all qualifications and to waive any or all formalities or technicalities or to accept the firm(s) who the City of Briarcliff, in its sole discretion, determines to be most qualified. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
